This is our version of the cake named for the capital of Massachusetts. The gluten-free chocolate cake is delicious and light. The filling is slightly sweetened whipped cream and chocolate ganache tops it off.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
Available only in 9″ for $35 (18-22 slices). We recommend allowing us to slice this cake before delivery as it can be a bit more difficult after the ganache sets.
